Brickfield House in Enfield was an ACM clad building which had to be stripped and the insulation changed to mineral wool. The original building had been modified many times since the 1960’s so the substrate presented it’s own problems, including dealing with asbestos. The Ash & Lacy replacement cladding panels were matched identically to the original colours and we were able to replace balcony decking with Fyredeck aluminium system.

Scope of Works:
Strip existing ACM cladding, insulation and sub-frame back to substrate. Replace with 3mm PPC aluminium cassettes and mineral wool insulation. Cavity barriers to be installed at all relevant locations.
