Brickfield House in Enfield was an ACM clad building which had to be stripped and the insulation changed to mineral wool. The original building had been modified many times since the 1960’s so the substrate presented it’s own problems, including dealing with asbestos. Tetraclad stripped the existing cladding and sheathing board and replaced with Versaliner, Rockwool Duoslab with their OSCB fire barriers and Rockpanel SF Xtra cladding board to match the original. The project was delivered on time and within budget. Engie were also able to recycle 150 m3 of the original insulation from this project.

The original cladding was stripped and replaced with non-combustible Cembrit panels onto an aluminium sub-frame. Mineral fibre insulation improved the fire performance of the overall system.

ACM was stripped and replaced using A2 rated aluminium cassettes on this residential block. Our client was SE Building Services Ltd sub-contracted to Mears Ltd.

We installed a new curved feature soffit and canopy to the entrance of this prestigious City building for Overbury Ltd. The walls incorporated laser-cut illuminated signage.

This extensive new-build housing estate for Hill Partnership incorporated aluminium dormer cladding and bespoke porches throughout.

The contract was a new build extension to the college. The main contractor was Walker Construction. The unusual angles formed by the design were a challenge but the resulting effect was worthwhile.

This new-build residential block was designed by award-winning Spacelab Ltd and the main contractor was Montway Ltd. We installed the SFS infill external walls before fitting the fire rated cladding and insulation.
